Munchkin Sports February Half Term Camps

At Munchkin Sports, we’re proud to be Ofsted registered and are hosting seven camps across the Boroughs of Lewisham, Bromley, and Greenwich. Our camps cater to children from the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) up to Year 6, and we even have three camps that welcome preschoolers from age 3!  The camps will take place from Monday, February 17, to Friday, February 21. We’re here to provide families with reliable childcare and to give kids a week filled with engaging fun activities. Spaces are filling up fast, so we want to ensure families have the chance to book their preferred days!

As a parent, you can use HMRC Tax-Free Childcare accounts, as well as various childcare vouchers, to cover the fees, and as long as you have secured your booking before Sunday 2nd February, you will not have to pay at the time of booking, giving time to arrange the transfer of fees through your chosen childcare voucher provider. All we ask is that payment is received before the children attend camp.

You can book on to our February camps using the below link:

If you have any questions or need more information, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at admin@munchkinsports.com or call us at 020 8658 3777.

Temple Chorister information for Y3 children

Temple Church Choir is renowned for its high quality performances and membership is by audition in the early summer term. Singing in a choir is a wonderful opportunity for children to receive specialist musical training and to perform alongside professional adult musicians. We are now recruiting girls and boys in year 3, to begin singing in year 4 in September.

Unlike many similar choirs in Cathedrals around the country which require boarding or attendance at one particular school, our choristers attend several schools across London, coming together after school to make a unique team. The choir rehearses and performs after school and does not get in the way of school timings. Many former choristers have gone on to achieve prestigious music scholarships at secondary schools and university.

Being in the Temple church choir is a fairly serious commitment for children and their families but extremely rewarding. Membership comes with a generous scholarship and everyone receives specialist musical tuition. Alongside the core musical skills, choristers develop skills in confidence, reading, public performance, self discipline, teamwork and responsibility through their round of performances and rehearsals.
