Exclusive football memorabilia among Summer Fair Raffle Prizes
An official used matchball from the UEFA Champions League Final 2025 between Inter Milan and Paris Saint Germain is among the prizes to be won at this year’s summer fair raffle. In total there are more than 30 prizes on offer (see attachment below), including vouchers for the circus, holiday clubs and numerous local cafes and restaurants. Tickets are just £2 each and can be purchased via this link and onsite on the day.
The prize draw will take place at the summer fair on 4 July but if you are unable to attend you will be contacted via email.

We need you! Volunteer at the Summer Fair
Can you spare less than 2 hours of your time to help run a stall at the Summer Jam on 4 July? Shifts include the bar and BBQ, craft stalls and games as well as setting up and breaking down. All instructions will be provided on the day. Follow this link to see what shifts are available and sign up.
Hoop-a-jar Competition
The popular Hoop-a-jar stall will once again be running at the summer fair on 4 July and we need your help with prizes. Jars can be filled with items such as small toys, stationery, stickers or wrapped sweets (no nuts or unwrapped food please). Jars should be dropped off to children’s classrooms by 2nd July with a prize for the class that collects the most jars!
Summer fair donations: Amazon wishlist, toy tombola and cakes
With just two weeks to go until the Adamsrill Summer Jam on 4 July, Friends of Adamsrill are asking anyone who would like to support the event to help purchase supplies via our Amazon wishlist. This helps ensure more of the money raised on the day go towards improvements for pupils. Follow the link to view and purchased the required items which will then be delivered to the school.
We are also still accepting more donations of good quality pre-loved toys and teddies for the toy tombola. These can be dropped off at reception between now and 3rd July.
Nut free bakes for the cake stall can be dropped off from Thursday 2 July.
Calling all Parent Performers!
Do you play an instrument, sing, or even beatbox? This year's summer fair is all about music, and we'd love to showcase the amazing talents within our school community.
We're inviting parents and carers to take to the stage and perform at the Summer Fair Saturday 4 July.
